All of our services are performed by trained, certified and licensed professionals who are experienced in their respective fields. We focus on whole body health and wellness as well as holistic beauty.

How to Spa

On your first visit, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so that you can  fill out a Client History Form so that your Spa Therapist can build a custom treatment specific to your needs.

Please ensure that all cell phones, pagers and electronic devices are on silent or turned off so that you and other spa guests may enjoy time at Spa 225.

Massage is provided by a Registered Massage Therapist or a Naturopath Massage Practitioner for pain relief, relaxation and general well being. Both Therapists are covered by most insurance companies.

Facial Treatments

All our facial treatments include a skin analysis and consultation to ensure appropriate product and service application to address your requirements. Your Esthetician will work with you and offer recommendations for continuous improvement for your skin with at home maintenance.

Hubislab Facial Treatment with Dermaplaning and Red Light Therapy

• After the skin analysis and consultation a deep cleansing with the Hubislab product is performed prior to the dermaplaning session. Cryotherapy follows just before the the Red Light Therapy treatment to ensure maximum absorption of the photons. We then utilize the Hubislab Post Treatment Care product to soothe and hydrate treated skin. The combination of the Hubislab product with the dermaplaning, cryotherapy and low level laser therapy completely resets your skin’s health.

Hubislab’s Dr. Lacto Facial Peel with Red Light Therapy

Hubislab’s Alpha Peel is recommended for all skin types. This peel removes dead skin cells and vitalizes the skin. It is moisturizing, improves wrinkles and is incredibly soothing. The Beta Peel, recommended for oily and acne skin types has an anti-inflammatory effect along with sebum balancing and equally soothing. Both peel protocols begin with our analysis and consultation and incorporate the professional Post Rays Derma Regener product specifically designed for post professional treatment care. The e+Epiderma Soothing Mask is also applied during both peels following Red Light Therapy.

Hubislab Facial Treatment with Red Light Therapy

Our organic mud, also known as Balneo-peat, will leave your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Our One Night Retreat includes one night’s accommodation based on double occupancy, breakfast, lunch, dinner and your choice of one Spa Retreat session from the list below. $295.00 per person plus tax. Additional $75.00 for single occupancy.

Two Night Retreat

Our Two Night Retreat includes two night’s accommodation based on double occupancy, two breakfasts, one lunch and two dinners and your choice of two Spa Retreat session from the list below. $465.00 per person plus tax. Additional $75.00 per nite for single occupancy.

Oxygen Facial Treatment:

The difference between a “treatment” and a “facial” is the effects of a treatment last 5 to 7 days while a facial lasts 24 hours. An oxygen facial treatment can help to detoxify the skin, restore cell nourishment, and stimulate collagen production. Our Oxygen skincare line is infused with pure oxygen that is not chemically derived. The treatment completely purifies the skin eliminating all bacteria and leaving your skin totally revitalized. Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy for Face and Decollete

The session begins with a thirty-minute relaxing infrared sauna. By using a far infrared sauna you get the benefits of increased energy production of cells, increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, beneficial injury recovery, boosted metabolism, and the detoxifying release of heavy metals stored in the body’s fat cells. Red Light Therapy is proven to enhance skin texture, increasing collagen and elastin production with cellular regeneration and is a top of the line defense for anti aging. Immediately following the sauna, you will enter into a sea salt bath. The soothing salt bath draws away the toxins brought to the surface of the skin during the sauna and replaces electrolytes lost during the sauna.

Additional Retreat information:

We provide complementary robes and slippers. There is 24/7 coffee and tea available. You are welcome to bring your along own munchies and “spirits”. There are a number of areas in which your Group can gather to socialize. 

Looking to book a “Spacation” but not the Group package? Simply book a room and create your own package from either our regular Spa menu or the Retreat sessions menu. The room rate includes breakfast and you can bring in your own nibbles, chacuterierer, etc., or head to the Pub (three minute walk) for lunch or dinner. Friday nights feature live music at the Pub by Roland Beaulieu. Great evening full of great entertainment.
